Women's Legal Service New South Wales (WLS NSW) offer an Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander Women’s Legal Contact Line. The line gives free confidential legal advice and referrals for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in New South Wales with a focus on domestic violence, sexual assault, family law, discrimination and victims support. Phone 1800 639 784 or (02) 8745 6977.

New South Wales has a legal service called Wirringa Baiya for Aboriginal women and children who are affected by domestic and family violence or sexual assault or abuse. The service is available in Sydney, with outreach to some regional areas. Phone 1800 686 587 or 02 9569 3847.

Many Womens Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services (WDVCAS) have Aboriginal Workers. You can find a list of services here.  

Aboriginal Family Violence Workers are also available at some local Aboriginal Medical Services or Community Health Centres. Check with the service in your area.
