If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment and wish to contact a counsellor the following options are available:-

• TTY users - phone 133 677 and ask them to contact the service you require on your behalf
• Speak and Listen (speech-to-speech relay) users - phone 1300 555 727 and ask them to contact the service you require on your behalf
• Internet relay users - visit the National Relay Service website and ask them to contact the service you require on your behalf

There are also interpreter services available. If you do not speak English well and you wish to speak to a counsellor:-

Call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and ask them to contact the service you require on your behalf.
